- ½ cup cucumber chopped
- ½ cup grilled chicken
- 2 fresh strawberries chopped

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp orange juice fresh or bottled
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp honey
- ⅕ tsp onion powder, garlic powder, salt AND pepper
Instructions

- This recipe makes one single serving salad but feel free to scale it up to make multiple! Make sure you have a protein source on hand like grilled chicken to add to this salad. And cook your farro according to the package ahead of time.
