Gluten free flour (Oat Flour and Almond Flour)
Oat flour and almond flour are the two main flours used in this recipe! I love using the combination of these flours while baking. They always result in nicely textured, fluffy and moist baked goods.
Sometimes it’s hard to find large bags of both of these flours, so I always buy them on Amazon!
- I love this oat flour because it is very finely ground. It isn’t grainy.
- And I love this almond flour because it is blanched which is made from almonds without their skins. It is also very finely ground which results in nicely textured baked goods.
