Tips for making the best almond butter banana bread
First, make sure to use creamy almond butter! For this recipe you’ll need 1/2 cup of creamy almond butter. Since natural creamy almond butter tends to be very oily, make sure to give it a good stir before measuring.
Secondly, use blanched almond flour. Blanched almond flour is made with almonds with the skins removed. And using finely ground blanched almond flour makes this bread have the perfect consistency.
Finally, make sure the bananas are overripe and brown! The spottier the better because they add the perfect amount of sweetness!
