I just baked these cookies and they are delicious. I’ve been trying new cookie recipes that have heathy fats like avocado oil for my husband who struggles with his bad cholesterol. Thank-you for the recipe. I have printed it and will be making them again. Best wishes for 2022 Caitlin!
