What makes these cookies healthier?
These healthy monster cookies are made with wholesome ingredients.
First up, oat flour! I love baking with oat flour as it gives baked goods a soft and fluffy texture. It’s also a much healthier option in baking. It’s made with only one ingredient: ground oats! And oats are a great source of whole grains and fiber. I love buying this oat flour on Amazon!
Next, natural peanut butter! This recipe calls for 1/2 cup. Natural creamy peanut butter has no added preservatives or added ingredients. It has one ingredient: peanuts!
Lastly, coconut sugar. Coconut sugar is an all natural plant based sweetener. While coconut sugar is still an added sugar, you can feel better about adding it to your baked goods! I love buying this large bag of coconut sugar from Amazon!
