- ⅔ cup oats or gluten free oats
- 1 cup almond milk or milk or choice
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp pure maple syrup or 1 tsp for more sweetness
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp for more vanilla flavor
- ⅓ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
