<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Overnight oats are made by soaking oats overnight in liquid. It is an easy, non-cook method of making oatmeal! They are served cold, straight from the fridge!</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">I wanted to share a little back story on why I made this overnight oats recipe! Over the holiday, I saw my brother put oats, water and chopped apple in a plastic container and set it in the fridge overnight. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">He told me he liked eating them in the morning before working out. But I was like come on, just oats water and a chopped apple?? No thank you! Where&#8217;s the flavor?</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">I wanted to keep this recipe easy, simple and quick but also flavorful and healthy. This recipe is just that. With 7 simple ingredients you can make these apple cinnamon overnight oats. Bye bye watered down oats, hello delicious and creamy apple oats!</p>

<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">You will need the below ingredients to make these easy overnight oats.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">First up, <strong>oats</strong>! Oats are the show stoppers in this recipe.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">A tablespoon of <strong>chia seeds</strong> adds texture and nutrients.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cinnamon </strong>enhances the flavor of these oats!</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Walnuts</strong> add the perfect crunch!</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Feel free to use <strong>almond milk, cows milk</strong> or <strong>any milk of choice</strong>. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Only 1/4 cup of <strong>vanilla greek yogurt</strong>. Overnight oats with yogurt make the best textured oats.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Lastly, <strong>apple</strong> adds crunchiness, flavor, and nutrients, just to name a few.</p>

<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Firstly, add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, walnuts, milk and greek yogurt into a mason jar. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Mix everything together with a spoon until fully combined. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Now add the chopped apple. Use the spoon to carefully mix the apple into the oat mixture. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Put the lid on the mason jar and set it in the fridge overnight. </li></ul>

<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Another main ingredient in these easy overnight oats are <strong>chia seeds</strong>! Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants, fiber and omega 3 fatty acids. They also add a nice texture to these oats. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Another benefit to these overnight is the <strong>greek yogurt</strong>! Greek yogurt overnight oats have added protein! Not only does the yogurt add protein but it also adds flavor and texture. </p>
