Maybe it was the way they were cooked and served to me? I really don&#8217;t know. But I do remember referring to oatmeal as wall paper paste. LOL. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Oh how much has changed&#8230; fast forward 15 years and oatmeal is honestly one of my favorite breakfasts! I love that it&#8217;s so versatile, it fills me up, and it&#8217;s so easy to make. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Set aside 5 minutes before bed to set yourself up for success in the morning. </p>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Firstly, <strong>grab a mason jar</strong> or small container with a lid. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Secondly, <strong>add all the ingredients in the jar</strong> except for the blueberries. Mix to combine.</li></ul>

<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">However, you can store overnight oats in the fridge for for 2-3 days! </p>
