<p class="has-large-font-size">Making these cookies can not be any easier. They take about 10 minutes to prepare and a little over ten minutes to cook. Simply cream together the wet ingredients, add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips and that&#8217;s it! Follow the steps to below to whip up these cassava flour cookies.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>STEP 1</strong></p>



<p class="has-large-font-size">Firstly, <strong>preheat your oven to 350 degrees</strong> and line two cookies sheets with parchment paper. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size">While this recipe calls for cashew butter you can also use natural creamy almond butter. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size">While I have not tried substituting white cane sugar for coconut sugar in this recipe, you can definitely give it a try! Substitute the sugar 1:1. Use 3/4 cup of plain white sugar. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size">Yes! They actually do! Bake these cookies according to the instructions below. Let the cookies cool and then store them in a freezer friendly container or bag.
