<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to make the best almond flour cookie bars</h2>



<p>These almond flour cookie bars require a few easy steps. </p>



<p><strong>First, </strong>you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8&#215;8 pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. </p>



<p><strong>Second, </strong>you will start out creaming together the coconut oil and coconut sugar in a large bowl (The coconut oil should be softened.) Once smooth, blend in the eggs in vanilla. </p>



<p><strong>Next, </strong>in a separate bowl combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined. </p>



<p><strong>Then </strong>pour half of the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Blend and then add in the remaining flour mixture until fully combined.  </p>



<p><strong>Next,</strong> fold in the chocolate chips. </p>



<p><strong>Finally,</strong> press the cookie batter into your prepared 8&#215;8 dish and bake for 25-27 minutes. </p>

<p>This recipe comes together SO quickly and makes a perfect batch of thick, soft and chewy cookie bars. Since they are so thick and fluffy it makes it hard for traditional chocolate chip cookie to compete LOL. These bars require no chill time, just mix and bake! The edges of these bars will be slightly browned with a slight crunch while the center will be very soft and chewy. I hope you love them as much I do!</p>
