<p class="has-normal-font-size"><strong>Oat flour</strong> and <strong>almond flour</strong> are the two main flours used in this recipe! I love using the combination of these flours while baking. They always result in nicely textured, fluffy and moist baked goods. </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Sometimes it&#8217;s hard to find large bags of both of these flours, so I always buy them on Amazon!</p>

It is also very finely ground which results in nicely textured baked goods. </li></ul>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">These homemade oat flour muffins are so easy to make! Here is a quick overview on how to make these muffins.</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size"><strong>Firstly,</strong> <strong>preheat your oven.</strong> Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin tin with cookie spray.</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size"><strong>Secondly,</strong> <strong>combine the dry ingredients.</strong> In a medium bowl add the oat flour, almond flour, baking soda and baking powder.</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size"><strong>Next, whisk the wet ingredients.</strong> In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, orange juice, orange zest. </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size"><strong>Now combine together.</strong> Pour the dry flour mixture into the wet ingredients and fold until fully combined. Now fold in the cranberries and white chocolate. </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size"><strong>Lastly, bake for 23-25 minutes.</strong> Bake the muffins until fully cooked through.</p>
