<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.</strong> Grease two cookie sheets with cooking spray or line them with parchment paper.</li><li><strong>Combine dry ingredients.</strong> In a large bowl add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.</li><li><strong>Combine the wet ingredients.</strong> In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add in the melted coconut oil, coconut sugar and vanilla. <p class="has-normal-font-size">Let the pie soften at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying. </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Feel free to store this pie in the freezer for up to 3 months or store it in the fridge for up to a week.</p>
