<p class="has-large-font-size">Making honey corn bread muffins could not be any easier. I have outlined all the steps below. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>STEP 1</strong></p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees</strong> and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>STEP 2</strong></p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Combine dry ingredients.</strong> In a medium bowl combine all the dry ingredients: <em>flour, corn meal, baking soda </em>and<em> salt. </em>Mix and set aside. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>STEP 3</strong></p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Whisk together wet ingredients. </strong>In a large bowl whisk together eggs, greek yogurt, milk and honey. Whisk until combined and smooth. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>It&#8217;s time to</strong> <strong>combine everything together!</strong> Add the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix with a spoon or spatula until combined. Now mix in the corn. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately. </strong>This will ensure the batter is smooth and mixed evenly. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Use your favorite canned corn for ease!</strong> Drain and rinse the corn and measure out 1/2 cup to add into the batter. You can also add more corn if you&#8217;d like &#8211; add up to 1 cup!</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Finely ground corn meal works best. </strong>Make sure to use a finely ground corn meal! Some corn meal can be thicker in texture which will not result in smooth and fluffy muffins. A thicker grain corn meal will change the texture and overall outcome. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Use room temperature ingredients.</strong> If possible, bring your eggs to room temperature. You can do this by letting them soak in a bowl of warm water while you gather your ingredients. </p>
