<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Thirdly, finely chop the onion, jalapeño and garlic. </strong>Finely chopping these three ingredients allows them to combine nicely with the rest of ingredients. This way you won&#8217;t have any big chunks in your burgers. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Make sure your pan is big enough for 5 burgers.</strong> This will ensure the turkey burgers cook through properly. You want to be able to carefully flip the burgers so they don&#8217;t break.</p>
