<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="how-to-make-easy-pumpkin-pasta">How to make easy pumpkin pasta</h2>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Firstly, boil your pasta in a large pot of salted water. Cook according to the package. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Secondly, grab a large pan and add the butter or olive oil. Add in the fresh garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Now add in the the full can of fire roasted tomatoes, plus all the seasonings. Sauté for 5-7 minutes and stir often. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Next, stir in the canned pumpkin, pasta water and peas. Mix until combined. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Now let the sauce simmer for a minute or two to let the peas heat up. </li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Lastly, stir in the shredded parmesan cheese. Serve it over your cooked protein pasta and enjoy!</li></ul>
