About 1-2 minutes. Stir in <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Watkins-Original-Gourmet-Vanilla-Packaging/dp/B0046EJ570/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&amp;keywords=vanilla+extract&amp;qid=1628620788&amp;s=grocery&amp;sr=1-4">vanilla extract</a>. Do not cook too long otherwise you will melt the chocolate chips when you mix this in with the dry ingredients. </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Now pour the wet mixture over the dry oat ingredients</strong>. Mix until fully combined. </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Then, pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.</strong> Flatten it down using a spoon or a spatula in an even layer. You can use a spoon or spatula to pack it down. Sprinkle the top with <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Maldon-Sea-Salt-Flakes-Ounce/dp/B00UL9VCBQ/ref=sr_1_4_mod_primary_new?dchild=1&amp;keywords=flaked+sea+salt&amp;qid=1635279064&amp;s=grocery&amp;sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&amp;sr=1-4">flaked sea salt</a>. </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Finally, bake the granola for 20 minutes</strong>. Turn the oven off and leave the granola in the oven for an hour. </p>
