<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Cocoa powder</strong>: Using cocoa powder gives these muffins a rich chocolate flavor.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Baking powder</strong>: Baking powder helps puff up these muffins.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Salt</strong>: You will need a pinch or two of salt, 1/4 tsp</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Eggs</strong>: You will need two eggs for these muffins. They help bind all the ingredients together.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Mashed banana</strong>: Mashed ripe bananas are a must. They add moisture and flavor to these muffins.</li></ul>

<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. </strong>Grease 9 muffin cups with cooking spray or line them with baking cups. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Next, add all the dry ingredients into a medium bowl:</strong> oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix and set aside. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Then a large bowl add all your wet ingredients: </strong>eggs, mashed banana, avocado oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk together until fully combined. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Next, pour the dry flour mixture into the wet ingredients and fold until combined.</strong> Then you can fold in the chocolate chips. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size">Finally, scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tins and <strong>bake them for 20 minutes. </strong></p>
