<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to make healthy cookie dough balls</h2>



<p><strong>Firstly,</strong> grab a large bowl and combine almond flour, tapioca flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. </p>



<p>Mix until fully combined and place the bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes. </p>



<p><strong>Meanwhile, </strong>grab a small bowl and melt the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave. </p>



<p><strong>Now,</strong> remove the dough from the freezer and roll the mixture into 15 balls. </p>



<p><strong>Finally,</strong> coat each cookie dough ball in the melted chocolate. </p>



<p>Place the cookie dough balls on a plate lined with parchment paper. Let them set in the fridge or freezer for about 15 minutes until the chocolate has hardened. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to store healthy cookie dough balls</h2>



<p>These cookie dough balls are best stored in the freezer or fridge. I prefer storing them in the freezer. When you are ready to enjoy these chocolate treats, remove a few from the freezer and let them sit out at room temperature for a minute and then enjoy!</p>



<p>What I love about this recipe is that it is a no bake recipe! With these hot summer temperatures, limiting the use of the oven is key. For this recipe all you need to do it mix, chill and cover in chocolate! It&#8217;s that simple. I hope you love this recipe as much as I do!</p>

Fold in chocolate chips. Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium bowl. Melt in the microwave until smooth (melt by microwaving the chocolate in 20 second increments, stirring after each increment). </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-7231-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Remove your cookie dough from the freezer. It should be hard but workable. Using a spoon or your hands roll the cookie dough into 15 balls.
