What&#8217;s great about this recipe is that the meatball themselves are packed with flavor. You don&#8217;t have to rely on the sauce to bring the flavor. With a handful of dried seasonings and some parmesan cheese you can whip up this recipe! </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size">You will need the below ingredients to whip up this easy meatball recipe!</p>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Ground turkey:</strong> Ground turkey is the main meat in this recipe. I used 93/7 lean turkey. </li><li><strong>Almond flour: </strong>Almond flour helps bind these meatballs together. You&#8217;ll need 1/4 cup for this recipe. </li><li><strong>Parmesan cheese</strong>: You&#8217;ll only need 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese and it adds the best flavor. Feel free to leave it out if you want to make these paleo or dairy free (please note they may not have the same flavor).</li><li><strong>Egg</strong>: You&#8217;ll need 1 egg for this recipe! Egg helps bind all the ingredients together. </li><li><strong>Dried basil, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder and salt</strong>: These are the dried seasonings you will use for these meatballs. Don&#8217;t leave them out! All these seasonings make the meatballs so flavorful. </li><li><strong>Pasta sauce</strong>: Use your favorite pasta sauce! You&#8217;ll need a 24oz jar.  I love using Rao&#8217;s or Victoria&#8217;s sauce. Most grocery stores carry both of these brands!  </li></ul>

<p class="has-large-font-size">I am all for an easy, healthy and protein packed dinner. What makes this dinner even better, is that these turkey meatballs are SO easy to make! </p>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>First, in a large bowl add all the ingredients besides the tomato sauce: <em>ground turkey, almond</em> <em>flour, parmesan cheese, egg and seasonings.</em> Gently mix everything together and form into 15 meatballs.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Next, in a large pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add your meatballs and use tongs to continuously flip the meatballs until they are fully browned. About 5-6 minutes.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Now add your pasta sauce and cover your pan with a lid. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Finally serve over pasta, spaghetti squash, or veggie of choice. Enjoy!</li></ul>

<p class="has-large-font-size">All you really need is one large bowl and one large pan or skillet to make these easy turkey meatballs! </p>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>1 large mixing bowl:</strong> <em>You&#8217;ll use the mixing bowl to mix everything together</em></li><li><strong>1 large pan or skillet:</strong> <em>You&#8217;ll use a pan to sauté and cook the meatballs. </em></li><li><strong>Tongs:</strong> <em>You&#8217;ll use tongs to flip the meatballs so they brown on all sides. </em></li><li><strong>Plate for serving:</strong> <em>Lastly, you&#8217;ll want to use a plate to serve the meatballs</em>. </li></ul>



<p class="has-large-font-size">You&#8217;ll also need your basic measuring ingredients like measuring cups and measuring spoons: <strong>1/4 cup</strong>, <strong>1 teaspoon</strong> and <strong>1/2 teaspoon</strong>. </p>

<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Serve them along slide your favorite veggies.</li></ul>
