It is finely sifted which makes it perfect for baking. It&#8217;s a three pound bag for a great price!</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Secondly</strong>, combine the dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine them together. This prevents over mixing! Over mixing your batter can result in a tough consistency.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Thirdly,</strong> line the baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with cooking spray. This will make it very easy to remove the bread from the pan once it cools.</li></ul>

<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Blanched almond flour:</strong> I love using almond flour in baked goods. It is only made with one ingredient: ground almonds! Which makes it a healthy alternative from traditional flour. It is lower in carbs and higher in fat content than traditional flour but it also has many other nutrients like vitamin E and magnesium! Make sure you use finely ground almond flour to ensure you make nicely textured baked goods. Grainy almond flour can result in mealy textured results.</p>

<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Tapioca flour: </strong>I love incorporating tapioca flour into my recipes. It is a great gluten free flour that is quite starchy. It also works really well as a thickening agent. For this bread, it adds a thick and chewy texture. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Coconut flour: </strong>Coconut flour has slight coconut taste and smell and it blends in nicely with the almond and tapioca flour in this recipe.&nbsp;Coconut flour tends to soak up a lot of moisture in baked goods so, adding liquid and eggs is a must. </p>
