<ul class="wp-block-list" style="font-size:16px"><li><strong>Whisk together all the dry ingredients</strong>: <em>almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.</em></li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list" style="font-size:16px"><li><strong>Cut the butter or ghee into the dry ingredients</strong> using a fork or pasty blender. The mixture will look dry and crumbly. Small clumps of butter are ok!</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list" style="font-size:16px"><li>In a small bowl, <strong>whisk the together the wet ingredients: </strong><em>coconut milk, egg and vanilla.</em></li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list" style="font-size:16px"><li><strong>Pour the wet ingredients into the dry</strong> crumbly mixture until it forms into a ball.</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list" style="font-size:16px"><li>Then, <strong>fold in the pecans</strong> and place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list" style="font-size:16px"><li><strong>Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. </strong></li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list" style="font-size:16px"><li>Remove dough from the fridge and <strong>form it into an 8 inch circle about 1/2-1 inch thick</strong>. Slice into 8 triangles and place the evenly on a baking sheet.</li></ul>
