<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Here are the ingredients we are working with:</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Oats. </strong>The main and most obvious ingredient. We will using 1/2 cup of oats. Feel free to use quick oats, whole rolled oats, or gluten free oats. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Milk</strong>. For creamy goodness, we will be using 2/3 cup of milk. You can also use almond milk, oat milk, or any dairy free milk of choice. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Chia seeds. </strong>A great addition to these peanut butter and jelly oats are chia seeds. These little nutritious seeds add so much texture and enhance the nutritional profile. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Salted peanuts.</strong> Mmm salted, crunchy peanuts. Such a great addition! If you&#8217;re using chunky peanut butter you can omit the peanuts (or keep them in for extra crunch and peanut butter flavor!)</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Honey.</strong> Just a teaspoon of honey to sweeten things up!</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Peanut butter</strong>. Natural creamy peanut butter works best in this recipe. Most peanut butter brands tend to have added sugar so make sure you use a natural kind otherwise these oats will be very sweet. Also, give your peanut butter a good stir because natural nut butter can be very oily.</p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Jelly</strong>. Last but certainly not least we have jelly. For this recipe you can use grape, strawberry, or raspberry jelly. Same goes for the jelly, try to use an all natural kind with no added preservatives.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Overnight oats ratio</h2>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">There are few ratios that work really well when it comes to making overnight oats. We don&#8217;t want soggy oats, oats that are with too mushy, or oats that are too dry. Below you&#8217;ll find two combinations that turn out great every time. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Here are a few oats to milk ratios that work the best:</p>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>1/2 cup oats + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 3/4 cups liquid</strong></li></ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>OR</strong></p>



<ul class="has-large-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>1/2 cup of oats + 2/3 cup liquid</strong></li></ul>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Another item to note is that you&#8217;ll want to stick with milk for the liquid. Please don&#8217;t use water! Cows milk, almond milk, or any dairy free milk of choice will result in creamy oats. </p>

<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Firstly, <strong>grab a mason jar</strong> <strong>with a lid or a small storage container.</strong> Either option works well!</p>

<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Secondly, <strong>add all the ingredients in the jar</strong>. Mix until all the ingredients together until they are combined really well.</p>
