<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Secondly, <strong>chop </strong>the tofu into slices, <strong>coat </strong>in tapioca flour and hot sauce and <strong>air fry</strong> for 12-15 minutes!</li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>Pick </strong>your favorite mixed greens.</li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Thirdly<strong>,</strong> <strong>chop</strong> up onion, carrots, celery and cucumber</li></ul>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li>Lastly, <strong>build</strong> your salad and top with extra hot sauce and ranch. Enjoy!</li></ul>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">If you don&#8217;t like celery or cucumber? <strong>Sub in avocado!</strong> </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">If you aren&#8217;t a huge fan of ranch dressing, <strong>sub in your favorite vinaigrette!</strong> </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Don&#8217;t love love tofu? <strong>Sub in chicken! </strong>If you use chicken, make sure you cook it properly in the air fryer. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="how-to-make-homemade-dairy-free-ranch-dressing">How to make homemade dairy free ranch dressing</h2>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Please don&#8217;t be intimidated by homemade dressing! This dressing is <em>so</em> easy to make. This dairy free ranch takes under 5 minutes to whip up. All you have to do is mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and chill it in the fridge until you&#8217;re ready to use. </p>



<ul class="has-normal-font-size wp-block-list"><li><strong>1/2 cup mayo of choice</strong> (I like primal kitchen brand)</li><li><strong>1/4 cup canned coconut milk</strong> (stirred)</li><li><strong>1/2 tsp</strong> <em>salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, dried chives, paprika, hot sauce</em></li></ul>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge. </p>
