Steel cut overnight oats

Where are all my oatmeal lovers? Today I present to you another fun and tasty overnight oats recipe. Instead of using rolled oats or quick oats, we are going to use steel cut oats!

Steel cut oats are also called pin head oats, due to their shape and size. They are the least refined version of oatmeal as they are a small-cut form from oat groats. Due to their texture, we are going to prepare these overnight oats a little bit differently. In order to get a softer texture we are going to boil the oats before putting them in the mason jars. Just one extra step to ensure we get the best textured oats.

What’s great about this recipe is that you only need 5 simple ingredients! Grab your oats, milk, peanut butter (or any nut butter), maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Here’s why you’ll love this recipe
