<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph">Yes! Blanched almond flour is key. Along with the oat flour, you want your almond flour to be finely ground. Blanched almond flour typically has a fine texture which makes it great for baked goods. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Can I make these cookies in advance?</strong><br>Yes, follow the instructions below. Once the cookies have fully cooled, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. </p>
