Cake Batter Overnight Oats (Creamy, Delicious)
Cake batter overnight oats make a wholesome yet slightly sweet breakfast. These oats are definitely a fun twist on traditional oatmeal recipes but, definitely give them a try and switch up your breakfast game. With simple ingredients, a couple of steps, and a bit of waiting time, you can have yourself a delicious make ahead breakfast.

- ½ cup oats
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp almond extract use a scant 1/8 tsp, almond extract has a very strong flavor!
- 1 tsp sprinkles mix sprinkles in in the morning so they don't loose their coloring
Grab a mason jar or small container with a lid. I use both!
Add all the ingredients in the jar or container except for the sprinkles. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Now put on the lid and store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add the sprinkles on top and enjoy!
