- ½ cup oats
- ⅔ cup almond milk oat milk or cows milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp salted peanuts
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Grab a mason jar with a lid or a small storage container. Either option works well!
Add all the ingredients in the jar. Mix until all the ingredients together until they are combined really well.
Put the lid on the mason jar and store them in the fridge overnight (or for 4-6 hours).
Enjoy them in the morning (add an extra drizzle of peanut butter on top if you please!)
