- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 5.3 oz container vanilla greek yogurt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Gather your ingredients
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper
Dip each raspberry in yogurt and place them on the baking sheet. Let them chill in the freezer to harden while you melt the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or a double boiler.
After about 10 minutes, once the yogurt has hardened, dip each raspberry in melted chocolate.
Set the raspberries back on the baking sheet and into the freezer to harden.
