Ingredients

  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 5.3 oz container vanilla greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients
  • Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Dip each raspberry in yogurt and place them on the baking sheet. Let them chill in the freezer to harden while you melt the chocolate.
  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or a double boiler.
  • After about 10 minutes, once the yogurt has hardened, dip each raspberry in melted chocolate.
  • Set the raspberries back on the baking sheet and into the freezer to harden.
  • After about 10-15 minutes, enjoy! If you're saving them for a later date, keep them in the freezer until you're ready enjoy and eat them straight from the freezer.
