Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest or to taste
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Grab a mason jar or a small storage container. A wide mouth mason jar works best.
  • Add all the ingredients into the jar except the blueberries. Mix until combined. Now gently stir in the blueberries.
  • Add the lid and store the oats in the fridge overnight. Overnight oats are best when enjoyed within 2-3 days.
  • In the morning, remove them from the fridge and enjoy!
