- ½ cup oats
- ⅔ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest or to taste
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Grab a mason jar or a small storage container. A wide mouth mason jar works best.
Add all the ingredients into the jar except the blueberries. Mix until combined. Now gently stir in the blueberries.
Add the lid and store the oats in the fridge overnight. Overnight oats are best when enjoyed within 2-3 days.
In the morning, remove them from the fridge and enjoy!
