- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup milk you can use ⅔ cup if you like it more liquidy
- 1 tbsp cream or half and half
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- sliced banana
Vanilla Cream Topping
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp almond milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt
Grab a wide mouth mason jar.
Add the oats, milk, cream, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and maple in the jar. Mix until smooth and combined. Set aside.
Now make the vanilla cream topping. In a small microwave bowl add the vanilla chocolate chips and almond milk. Microwave in 10 second increments, stirring after each time, until smooth and melted. Then stir in the vanilla greek yogurt. Add this mixture on top of the oats in the mason jar. Do not mix! Just create a layer of vanilla cream on top of the oats.
Put the lid on the mason jar and store them in the fridge overnight (or for 6 hours). When morning rolls around, remove the oats from the fridge, add sliced banana on top and enjoy!
