  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen spinach
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips optional

Instructions
