Ingredients

  • 2 cup frozen strawberries about 16-18 frozen strawberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein

Instructions

  • Grab your high speed blender and your ingredients: strawberries, banana, almond butter, milk and protein powder.
  • Add all the ingredients into your blender.
  • Blend and pulse until the smoothie is blended and creamy. This will take different amounts of time depending on the type of blender you have. So, just make sure to blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into 2 tall cups or 3 small cups and enjoy!
