Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 frozen naval oranges about 2 packed cups
  • ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Grab your high speed blender and your ingredients: banana, oranges, greek yogurt, orange juice, milk and vanilla extract. Add all the ingredients into your blender.
  • Pulse ingredients in the blender until the smoothie is blended and creamy. This will take varying amounts of time depending on the type of blender you have. You want to make sure no chunks of fruit remain. If the smoothie is too thick, add an additional ¼ cup orange juice OR milk.
  • Pour the smoothie into 2 tall cups and enjoy!
