Fruit
- 4 cups pineapple chopped
- 3 cups cantaloupe chopped
- 3 cups watermelon chopped
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- other fruit options: grapes, kiwi, honey dew
Lime Orange Dressings
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice about ½ of a lime
- 1 tsp OR tbsp honey
- ½ a lemon zested
Chop all the fruit and add it to a large serving bowl.
Make the dressing in a small bowl and whisk it until smooth. Pour it over the fruit and mix it with a spoon until combined.
Serve chilled and enjoy! It can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
