Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup flax seed meal
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Grab a medium to large bowl. Add the oats, peanut butter, flax seed meal, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
  • Using a firm spatula or a spoon, mix until all the ingredients are well combined and a 'dough-like' mixture has formed.
  • Now using a spoon or your hands, grab a tablespoon size of the oat mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until the oat mixture is gone. Recipe should make around 15 peanut butter oatmeal balls. Enjoy!
