Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple peeled and cored
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ milk
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  • Grab your high speed blender and all the ingredients: peeled apple, banana, cinnamon, milk, oats and almond butter.
  • Add all the ingredients into the blender.
  • Pulse ingredients in the blender until the smoothie is combined. (Please note this smoothie will not be completely smooth due to the oats! In order to get this smoothie super smooth, you'll want to blend a little longer than a traditional smoothie. This will take varying amounts of time depending on the type of blender you have)
  • Pour the smoothie into one tall cup and enjoy!

Notes

(*If the smoothie is too runny, add an additional ¼ cup of banana or apple. Alternatively, if the smoothie is too thick, add an additional ¼ cup of milk).
