Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recipe (Overnight Oats)
This peanut butter oatmeal recipe is loaded with peanut butter flavor, chia seeds, and a few other ingredients you likely have on hand. This recipe is for all my peanut butter lovers out there! Also for those who love a delicious grab-n-go breakfast in the morning.

- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter or regular creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup 2 tsp for more sweet
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
In a mason jar, add the milk, powdered peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until smooth and combined.
Now add in the oats and chia seeds. Mix until evenly combined.
Add a lid and place the oats in the fridge overnight.
Remove the oats from the fridge in the morning, add your desired toppings, and enjoy! (Topping ideas: bananas, peanuts, drizzle of peanut butter, fresh berries)
