Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recipe (Overnight Oats)

This peanut butter oatmeal recipe is loaded with peanut butter flavor, chia seeds, and a few other ingredients you likely have on hand. This recipe is for all my peanut butter lovers out there! Also for those who love a delicious grab-n-go breakfast in the morning.

Ingredients

  • cup milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter or regular creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup 2 tsp for more sweet
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a mason jar, add the milk, powdered peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until smooth and combined.
  • Now add in the oats and chia seeds. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Add a lid and place the oats in the fridge overnight.
  • Remove the oats from the fridge in the morning, add your desired toppings, and enjoy! (Topping ideas: bananas, peanuts, drizzle of peanut butter, fresh berries)
