- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup optional
- 5 strawberries chopped
- 1 graham cracker
Grab a medium size glass container with a lid or a mason jar.
Add all the ingredients (except strawberries and graham crackers): oats, milk, yogurt, cream cheese, chia seeds, and maple syrup to the mason jar.
Mix well and then store the oats in the fridge overnight.
