- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Toppings: shredded coconut chocolate chips, fresh berries, banana, nuts and seeds
In a mason jar, add all the oatmeal ingredients: oats, cocoa powder, milk, coconut milk, maple syrup and chia seeds.
Mix until combined and the cocoa powder is incorporated.
Add a lid and store the jar in the fridge overnight.
Remove the oats from the fridge and add shredded coconut, chocolate chips, fresh berries and banana. Enjoy!
