Ingredients

  • 3 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain almond milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and olive oil until smooth and combined. Pour the dry flour mixture into the wet mixture and fold just until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle desired amount of everything but the bagel seasoning on top. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
