- 3 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain almond milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and olive oil until smooth and combined. Pour the dry flour mixture into the wet mixture and fold just until combined.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle desired amount of everything but the bagel seasoning on top. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
