Easy Gluten Free Almond Flour Blondies
Chewy and rich blondies! Made from a mixture of almond flour and coconut flour and filled with delicious morsels of white chocolate.

- 1 ⅓ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup creamy almond butter
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp apple sauce or coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 pan and line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, apple sauce and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. You can also use a hand held mixture to cream these ingredients together.
Using a spoon, fold in almond flour, coconut flour and baking soda. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake a 350 for 22-24 minutes. Let blondies cool before slicing. Enjoy!
