Easy Gluten Free Almond Flour Blondies

Chewy and rich blondies! Made from a mixture of almond flour and coconut flour and filled with delicious morsels of white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • cup creamy almond butter
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp apple sauce or coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 pan and line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl whisk together the eggs almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, apple sauce and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. You can also use a hand held mixture to cream these ingredients together.
  • Using a spoon, fold in almond flour, coconut flour and baking soda. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Bake a 350 for 22-24 minutes. Let blondies cool before slicing. Enjoy!
