- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup applesauce or coconut oil, softened
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add the dry ingredients: almond flour, oat flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla.
Now, pour the dry flour mixture into the wet ingredients and fold until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop 15 cookies onto your baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
