Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • cup applesauce or coconut oil, softened
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, add the dry ingredients: almond flour, oat flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Now, pour the dry flour mixture into the wet ingredients and fold until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop 15 cookies onto your baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
