Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • ½ tsp cinnamon use ½-1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup vanilla greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt of choice
  • ¾ cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • ¼ cup apple finely chopped

Instructions

  • Firstly, add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, walnuts, milk and greek yogurt into a mason jar.
  • Mix everything together with a spoon until fully combined.
  • Now add the chopped apple. Use the spoon to carefully mix the apple into the oat mixture.
  • Put the lid on the mason jar and set it in the fridge overnight.
  • Remove from the fridge in the morning and enjoy!
