Ground Beef
- 1 pound ground beef I like 90/10
- 1 tsp of each: garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Sauce
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ cup pickle relish
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- ½ tsp of each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Salad Ingredients
- 6-8 cups mixed greens I use iceberg and romaine and spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup onion finely diced
- ½ cup pickles or pickle relish
Cook the ground the beef in a large pan over medium heat. Add the seasonings and cook until fully cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary. Set aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Now make the sauce. In a medium bowl, add all the dressing ingredients. Mix to combine.
In a large salad bowl or in 4 individual bowls, combine all your salad ingredients: lettuce, cheese, onion, pickles, and beef. Then gently toss to coat the salad with the homemade sauce.
