Ingredients

Ground Beef

  • 1 pound ground beef I like 90/10
  • 1 tsp of each: garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Sauce

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp of each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Salad Ingredients

  • 6-8 cups mixed greens I use iceberg and romaine and spinach
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup onion finely diced
  • ½ cup pickles or pickle relish

Instructions

  • Cook the ground the beef in a large pan over medium heat. Add the seasonings and cook until fully cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary. Set aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  • Now make the sauce. In a medium bowl, add all the dressing ingredients. Mix to combine.
  • In a large salad bowl or in 4 individual bowls, combine all your salad ingredients: lettuce, cheese, onion, pickles, and beef. Then gently toss to coat the salad with the homemade sauce.
