- ⅔ cup oats or gluten free oats
- 1 cup almond milk or milk or choice
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp pure maple syrup or 1 tsp for more sweetness
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp for more vanilla flavor
- ⅓ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Grab a mason jar or small container with a lid.
Add all the ingredients in the jar except for the blueberries. Mix to combine.
Now stir in the blueberries.
Put on the lid and store in the fridge overnight.
Remove from the fridge in the morning and enjoy!
