Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup M&M's AND chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Grab a large mixing bowl and with a hand mixer, cream together the butter, coconut sugar and peanut butter. Then add in the egg and vanilla. Cream until smooth.
  • Now mix in dry ingredients. Using a spoon or a spatula, mix in the oat flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon.
  • Now mix in the chocolate chips and m&ms.
  • Scoop 20 cookies onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350 for 12-13 minutes and enjoy!
