Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats or regular oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Grab a mason jar or smaller container with a lid.
  • Add all the ingredients into the jar.
  • Stir to combine. Put on the lid and store in the fridge overnight.
  • Remove from the fridge in the morning and enjoy! Overnight oats are the best when enjoyed the next day but feel free to store them up to two days.
