Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats
Chunky monkey overnight oats are a fun twist on traditional overnight oats. They have sliced bananas, chunky walnut pieces, large chocolate chunks, and a nutella swirl.

- ½ cup oats or gluten free oats
- ¾ milk
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp nutella
- 1 tbsp chocolate chunks or 1 tbsp of chopped chocolate from your favorite chocolate bar
- ½ banana sliced
- optional additions: 1 tsp of chia seeds and 1 tsp flaxseed meal
Grab a mason jar or small container with a lid.
Add all the ingredients in the jar except for the banana. Mix until all the ingredients are combined. Make sure you mix in the nutella as it can harden into one big clump if not mixed properly.
Now put on the lid and store it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add freshly sliced banana on top and enjoy.
