Baking with oat flour
If you haven’t baked with oat flour before, it’s pretty simple! It replaces regular flour in baked goods but, it is not a 1:1 replacement. So you have to be mindful when it comes to new recipes! Oat flour is much lighter in weight than traditional flour. So, you typically have to use more oat flour than regular flour if you’re replacing it in a recipe.
As for the baking results with oat flour, it produces really nicely textured baked goods. Another added benefit of oats is that they are loaded with whole grains, fiber and complex carbs!
