<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Baking soda</strong> helps puff up these pancakes. We will be using 1/2 teaspoon. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size">One <strong>egg</strong> binds all the ingredients together. It also helps add structure so the pancakes don&#8217;t crumble. </p>



<p class="has-large-font-size"><strong>Milk</strong> adds moisture! You can use any milk of your choice. Almond milk, cows milk, oat milk or any dairy free milk of your choice will work. </p>
